The other night, we were tipped off about a pair of photos depicting the redesigned 2014 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado. Today, we'll not only confirm the legitimacy of those images, but we'll also share with you a full set of official videos of the facelifted SUV along with a batch of screenshots for those of you who dislike pressing pause buttons.
In its revised form, the smaller Land Cruiser that comes in three- and five-door bodystyles (there's also the bigger 200 V8) is distinguished by a new fascia with a more imposing, but probably more controversial looking grille with large chrome bars flanked by tear-drop-like headlamp units.
A newly designed and trimmed front bumper, along with restyled tail lamp graphics and a bigger chrome strip above the license plate holder on the tailgate, round out the exterior updates, while inside, we noticed the enhanced center console and re-done instrument panel gauges.
We should hear official news about the 2014 Land Cruiser Prado from Toyota itself very soon, but until then, watch the leaked videos and compare the pictures of the pre- and facelift models below.
