Infiniti Motor President de Nysschen Resigns

Johan de Nysschen, president of Infiniti Motor Co., the luxury-car division of Nissan Motor Co., has resigned, a company spokesman confirmed Friday.

The surprise resignation came just two years after Mr. de Nysschen, a South African, joined the company from Audi AG.
