The clock is ticking…. The world’s favorite car show (and arguably the most entertaining long-running TV show ever) is back for a 19th season starting in the UK on January 27th.

And there’s the problem – “in the UK”. What if you’re the global 97% who aren’t there ready on your sofa, cup of tea in hand in old Blighty? How will you watch?

As you may know, the BBC allows you to watch programs live or for a while after they air on the “iPlayer” on their website. Usually, you cannot access this from outside the UK.

But here’s some good news! Today, I found out that with these two simple steps, you can access iPlayer content from anywhere in the world:

1. Install Chrome. (This is Google’s own browser.)
2. Go here and add the “Hola Unblocker” plug in.

And … that’s it. You’re ready to hit the BBC iPlayer page to watch Top Gear season 19 live or recorded as soon as it’s ready.
