We even have two separate IT teams – one of programmers and the other of server administrators – whose job it is to make sure the site and our online system run smoothly and securely 24 / 7.
We're not multi-billion dollar bank, but we think that the systems we have put in place are pretty good for a small business like ours.
Keeping Your Business With Us Confidential
We don't share customer information with anyone else, unless you give us permission in writing. Even if you are bidding on the same car as another of our customers, we won't tell them – nor will we hint that you should put in a higher bid either.
Essentially, we deal with you as if you were our only customer. That's how strictly we maintain a firewall between each of our clients.
